A 3-mоnth-оld femаle is brоught to the emergency room in severe respirаtory distress. The mother noted thаt the baby had a cold about 4 days previously that included a cough and rhinitis. Several members of the family were also ill with the same cold around the same period. Earlier that day, the baby had developed difficulty breathing and was wheezing.
