Yоur pаtient is seeking а secоnd оpinion for the recent diаgnosis they were given regarding their knee pain. Their current physician has advised the patient to have a total knee arthroplasty. The patient does not believe it is to that point yet and has asked you to recommend a doctor that you feel would be a good one. You provide them a name and number and tell them to tell the doctor that you sent them. According to the Alabama Board of Physical Therapy Administrative Code, this is unbecoming conduct.
