Yоu hаve а prаctice in a rural farm area and Mr. Clоud presented yesterday with SOB O2 sats оf 87% on room air; BP is 140/89, heart rate 105, labored respiration with a rate of 26, low grade fever off and on for 3 days. He has been a long time smoker but for the past 3 days he has been unable to smoke. He does state he has been coughing up blood tinged sputum this morning. You drew labs and sent him for a chest x-ray yesterday and asked him to come in this morning. Note: Mr. Cloud is very “hard headed” and refused to go to the hospital. The Radiologist send you the Xray.  What do you see in the Xray?
