Yоu cаn use а cаlculatоr оn the exam but you must show all work (on paper) to receive full credit. Correct notation must be used for full credit.  Have approximately 5 pieces of lined paper out and a couple of pencils before you begin.  There are 10 problems on the exam that you have to show work for on the paper (problems 2-11).  All work must be in order and numbered on  your paper.  So you should have problem number 2 with work, then problem number 3 with work, etc on your paper.  In addition to showing all your work on paper, you must type your answer into D2L to the best of your ability.  Don't stress about how it looks in D2L, just try your best.  You can use symbols ( )/( ), ^, etc to type fractions and powers. You do not have to type your work into D2L, just the answer. Your final should also be on your paper. If you do not have an answer in D2L or work on paper, you will not receive credit for the problem.  On this exam you can only use your own mind, pencil and paper, and the basic calculator provided in Honorlock.  Using any other resources is considered academic dishonesty and will result in a grade of zero on the exam. Sharing of your quiz questions is also considered academic dishonesty. The quiz will close out 2 hours after you start and you are expected to do it in one sitting. So you cannot save it and come back to it later. Immediately after you finish the test, upload your work as a single PDF file to D2L under Assignments (where you put your notes there is a folder labeled "Exam 1 Work" towards the bottom).  If you do not upload your work as a single PDF file, it will not be graded and I will use your midterm to calculate your missed grade.
