MODULE 2 EXAM Hоw mаny questiоns? This exаm will cоnsist of 50 questions covering Chаpters 5,6,7 & 8 of the textbook. Each question is worth 2 points. Time limit? Students will have 80 minutes to complete this exam. You will notice a timer at the top of the screen during the test. Blackboard will automatically shut off after the allowed time; any unanswered questions will be counted wrong. How is it graded? Blackboard will automatically grade your exam after you save and submit your answers. You will not be able to see what you missed immediately. After the exam deadline, results will be viewable. Once you begin the exam, you will be required to complete it (forced completion). This means you have one attempt, and you may not log off and finish later. No cheating: Each student will receive a different set of questions, which will be given to each student in random order. You may not print, save, or copy the exam questions. Printing, saving, or copying the questions is cheating, and I do not forgive when it comes to dishonesty! When will this exam open and close? See the course calendar for open/close dates. Do not wait until the last hour to take the exam, as you may experience technical issues and will need time to notify me and still take the exam. The exam can be taken at whatever time of day you choose as long as it falls within the open/close period. What if there is a technical problem? It is highly recommended that you use a reliable Internet connection and computer for the exam (please do not try to complete the exam on your phone). Remember that all San Jac campuses and most public libraries have free access to computer labs. Should you be ‘knocked offline’ or ‘kicked out’ during the exam or have some other technical difficulty, email me immediately, explaining what happened and telling me what steps you have taken or will take to prevent this from happening again. If you need technical help with Blackboard, Blackboard Technical Support can be reached: Phone: 281-542-2084 Email: bbsupport@sjcd.edu What if I miss this exam? There are NO make-ups. However, you should contact your instructor. Are there any additional tips for this exam? Study for this exam as you would a face-to-face exam. If you try to find answers as you are taking the exam, you will run out of time. Be sure you understand the concepts, not just definitions. One way to ensure you know a concept is to develop a personal example. GOOD LUCK & GOOD SKILLS
