Our lаst few mоdules hаve fоcused оn epistemology, specificаlly the question of what role experience plays in justifying knowledge.   With that recent course content in mind, consider the following situation:   Randy is a mathematician and is discussing an upcoming road trip with his friend Emily who is an engineer.   Randy says: "I know that driving from Miami to Orlando will take us longer than 2 hours. Even though I've never driven there, I know that it is over 200 miles and my car cannot go faster than 100 mph." Emily says: "I know that driving from Miami to Orlando will take us longer than 2 hours.  I drive that route once a week for the last year and it has always taken longer than 2 hours."   In your opinion, does Randy or Emily give a better justification of their belief that the drive will take longer than 2 hours?  What do you think "better justification" means in this context and how does that relate to our course content?   In order to receive full credit, your response must be at least 250 words long and clearly demonstrate that you have 1) done the reading and 2) critically reflected on the ideas contained in the reading and/or lecture.
