There аre 15 Chаpter Nоte аssignments during the semester. All Chapter Nоte assignments are required. Fоr each Chapter Note assignment, you are required to take ≥3 pages of handwritten notes from the textbook chapter readings and/or the  PowerPoint lectures. (Contact the instructor if you have a reason you prefer to type instead of handwrite your notes.) You must scan or photograph these notes and submit as a Microsoft .doc, .docx, .pdf, .jpg,  .jpeg, or .png  file. You may scan your notes using a free scanning app such as Adobe Scan or Cam Scanner, or you may photograph your notes and paste the photos into a word document. You must submit your notes to the correct Dropbox by the due date in a Microsoft .doc, .docx, .pdf, .jpg,  .jpeg, or .png  format. No other formats or late assignments are accepted. You will NOT receive credit if you submit to the wrong dropbox or in the wrong file format. Other file formats, such as Mac .pages, Google doc (.gdoc), or .heic files will not be accepted. Emailed assignments are NOT accepted. Chapter Note assignments submitted after the due date may receive a 25% grade penalty. No chapter note assignments will be accepted after the closing date.
