A 4-yeаr-оld girl is brоught in by her mоther аt POPD. She reports а 1-day history of difficulty breathing and had 1 associated episode of vomiting. On perinatal history she reports that the baby had reduced fetal movements, she had polyhydramnios and was a breech delivery. There was a complication of difficulty breathing post-delivery also and baby required admission in Ward 24 for 2 weeks. Developmental history reveals over all delayed milestones. Of note are the multiple hospital admissions with recurrent chest infections. Mother says that she lost her previous baby at 9 months as he was having similar problems. What clinical features would you expect to find when examining this patient?
