Yоu will be writing а fоrmаl letter tо а company/business. While you will receive a grade for this, it is diagnostic in nature. This is meant to show me what you know and what you need to work on. As long as you give this your best effort, you will receive a passing grade. Your task: Choose a company/business with which you’ve done business in the past. It can be a restaurant, a store, a web site, etc. You must choose for yourself…because in your letter, you’re going to be telling them about your experiences there. Decide if you’d like to compliment this company or complain to this company. Write a business letter – at least 2 paragraphs – in which you either complain to or compliment them.
