No nystagmus observed. Tympanic membranes intact, no erythema or discharge noted. Cardiovascular: Regular rate and rhythm, no murmurs, rubs, or gallops. Neurological: Cranial nerves II-XII intact. Normal sensation, strength, and coordination. Negative Romberg test. Orthostatic Vital Signs: Negative for orthostatic hypotension.
