Exam Environment and Monitoring Your Workspace and Face Must Be Visible at All Times: You are required to be in an isolated, quiet testing area. Sitting at a desk/table with no other person/device present. You are required to remain in view of your computer for the entire duration of the exam. Your face and workspace must be continuously visible through the webcam. The webcam must remain active for the entire exam. I understand that my computer will be placed to the side of me, up against the wall and in a corner. I understand that I may have to move my desk in order to make it work. This placement will allow for full view of myself and workspace. Any attempt to block or disrupt the webcam feed may result in the exam being invalidated. If you are observed looking off camera in a suspicious way, you WILL receive a zero. Room Scan Requirement: Before beginning the exam, you will be required to perform a room scan. The scan must be a slow, thorough pan of the room, ensuring the following: A clear view of your workspace area on top of your desk. A good view of the area under the desk to ensure no unauthorized materials are present. The scan should include ALL walls, your workspace, and the bottom of your desk to confirm no unauthorized resources are available.
