The teacher did not seek out or receive the consent of the authors prior to the inclusion of their works in the anthology. The teacher was critical of one of the works included in the anthology. The author learned that the teacher was being critical of the author’s work when one of the students posted a video of the teacher online. The author is upset and now filed a lawsuit against the teacher claiming copyright infringement. The teacher has defended the lawsuit by asserting the following: A.
