Given that, how should that influence the way in which we approach topics such as youth in sports, education, coaching, etc. Would you consider concussions to be a public health policy issue much like smoking in public, wearing seat belts, or banning certain additives in foods given the health risks involved. How might you balance personal freedoms vs. health care risks?   4. Comment on the transdiagnostic role that social media plays. Is there anything good that social media offers in way of a protective factor? Choose two diagnoses that we covered and explain the roles that social media may have in either the intensification or treatment of that diagnosis. Comment on some of the data we covered in class regarding the rates of psychiatric illnesses since the advent of the personal phone.    5. Suicide is a very tragic and painful event that falls within the realm of abnormal behavior. What do you know about suicide? What have you learned in this class? How can we better prevent suicide? Include in your answer two of the myths we discussed in class, as well as what we know to be true in relation to that myth.    6.
