Hоlа! Antes de venir а Stаrkville, preparé hallacas cоn mi familia. Es un plato típico que comemos en Venezuela, normalmente a finales de diciembre, es decir, en la temporada navideña. Las hallacas tienen de todo, por ejemplo, carne, pasas, aceitunas, vegetales, harina de maíz, etc. Se cocinan todos estos ingredientes en hojas de plátano. Me parece que es especial hacer hallacas en Venezuela, porque todos los miembros de la familia ayudan a prepararlas, incluso mi hermana Iris, que es menor que yo: solo tiene cinco años. Hicimos las hallacas la semana pasada. Hay muchos pasos importantes que seguimos: Preparar el guiso Primero, preparamos el guiso.
