Mi experienciа en un “bаrnetegi” de AEK 8 de enerо, 2022 ¡Hоlа, amigоs! Mi nombre es Gael, y soy de Guadalajara, México. Tengo este nuevo blog para describir mis momentos favoritos de este semestre. Soy estudiante de la universidad, y como me gusta mucho aprender lenguas, estudio lingüística. Por eso (that’s why) asisto a un excelente programa para estudiar euskera en el País Vasco en España. El euskera es muy interesante, y 28% de las personas en los territorios vascos son hablantes nativos. También, es una lengua aislada—no está relacionada directamente con las otras lenguas europeas. Participo en un programa que se llama barnetegi—una escuela de inmersión donde aprendes y hablas euskera veinticuatro horas al día. Hay muchas horas de clase, conferencias, cenas (dinners), actividades culturales y talleres (por ejemplo, un taller de baile o un taller de preparar comida típica de la región). El barnetegi es especial porque hay una integración importante con los habitantes de la región. Estas personas de la región son muy importantes para ayudarnos a practicar euskera en la vida real. Es necesario recuperar la lengua y practicarla a través de experiencias auténticas. Por eso visitamos sitios locales cuando no estamos en clase, por ejemplo, una gira de la costa.
