I’m not a tech support person and am not equipped or trained to help you with tech problems. IF YOUR QUIZ TIMER HASN'T STARTED YET and you’re still in the process of going through all the steps to activate Honorlock before the test and you run into a tech problem, try the following:1. close out of the test,2. log out of Blackboard,3. close all your browser tabs,4. clear your cache and cookies,5. close down Google Chrome,6. power down your device entirely,7. wait a couple minutes, then re-start your device (making sure you’re NOT using a Chromebook or Tablet/ipad)8. double check you’re using Google Chrome as your web browser, and relaunch Google Chrome9. sign back into Blackboard and re-start your test If that doesn’t work, follow the steps and guidance in the "What to do if your have Tech Issues Doc," linked in the CLASS SUPPORT Module. There are links to Honorlock Support and some other Tech Troubleshooting suggestions in that document.
