Shaun had inadvertently dropped his dog’s leash while Janice was pulling him into her house.  Harold saw the dog, now alone on the sidewalk in front of Janice’s home, and he quickly walked up to the dog and gave it a hard kick.  The dog yelped in pain, and Harold turned and went back to his front lawn. Both Shaun and Janice heard the dog yelping from inside Janice’s home.  Janice quickly unlocked the door and they both ran out of the house.  Without warning, Shaun was hit in the face by a flying dog poop.  Harold had gone back to his front lawn, scooped the poop with his shovel, and flung it at Shaun.  Janice shrieked, pulled a gun out of a hidden holster, and shot Harold.
