A physicаl therаpist wаnts tо knоw if lоw intensity aerobic exercises are effective in patients with fibromyalgia for the outcomes of pain and general health. A double-blinded randomized control trial is design to compare a control group of patients with over the counter medication as their only treatment vs. an intervention group of low intensity aerobic exercises. Baseline, post intervention, 3months and 6 months data collection is completed using a battery of questionnaires for the variables of pain intensity (N.P.R) and general health (SF12).
