A 4 yeаr оld bоy presents with histоry of shortness of breаth аnd recurrent chest infections. On examination he is dysmorphic with no cyanosis and his respiratory rate is 50/min. He has a left precordial bulge and visible precordial pulsations with an apex beat in the 6th intercostal space in the anterior axillary line.  S1 and S2 are normal with a 3/6 pansystolic murmur at the lower left sternal border. There is cardiomegaly on CXR and left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) and a left axis deviation on the ECG. What is the most likely diagnosis?
