A strong introduction with a lead-in, hook, and thesis statement that contains the three points to be discussed in the essay. 2. Three body paragaraphs. Each paragraph must contain a topic sentence, at least three supporting/explaining sentences, and a transition sentence. 3. A strong conclusion that restates the reworded thesis, briefly summarizes the essay's contents, and leaves the reader with a challenging thought/ call to action.
