Both have a friendly disposition and do not bother people. The cats were present during all of the events. Both are also chipped. He was arrested in his driveway at 4:40 PM on this date. He was handcuffed and secured properly and transported to jail without incident. The items were photographed and returned to the victim. The items were all valued at $150.
