Recently retired from the Army ~2 yrs ago. Lives with wife in 1 story home with 5 stairs to enter.Current functional status: Requires Min A for bed mobility due to knee pain, Min A for transfers with FWW, CGA for gait x50 ft with FWW (limited due to knee pain, ROM and strength deficits), Stairs-attempted 1 stair but unable to tolerate additional due to pain and weakness.He is able to participate in 45-minute PT sessions BID, reports moderate fatigue and pain at end of sessions.The case manager is planning for discharge tomorrow.
