Despite the various descriptions of planning services offered by Claudio, the couple remained focused only investing and were unwilling to complete a client agreement to engage in financial planning relationship with Claudio. Claudio can accept Hector and Hildie as financial planning clients without the client agreement since investing is a component of his comprehensive planning services.II.
