She admits that she has lost weight but states she is still unhappy bout the way she looks because she has "large hips and thighs." She has decided to start a keto and vegan diet and limits herself to 1100 calories per day in order to lose more weight. She has lost 24 pounds since her last visit and today her BMI is 16.2. She has no signs of clinical depression.
