Write your name, today’s date,  and the time that you are beginning your test in the box below. By sending this information, you are certifying that YOU WILL NOT/HAVE NOT VIOLATED the SSCC ACADEMIC MISCONDUCT POLICY. Once you finish and submit your test, you will see an incomplete score. Part of your test will need to be hand-graded and in so doing, I will check all answers, as misspellings, etc. may initially be scored incorrectly. As long as I understand your answer, it will be re-scored to not penalize misspellings, etc.  I will send you a message when your test is completely graded. After writing the above information in the box below, you are ready to begin the test on the next slide.
