Mr. Harold Jones is a Medicare beneficiary who has been hospitalized for 72 days following a ground level fall where he sustained a right hip fracture that required a hemi-arthroplasty to repair.   He has had some significant complications since the surgery.    Assuming he still has all of his lifetime reserve days and has had no other hospitalizations this year, how much longer can he stay in the hospital and still have some coverage through Medicare Part A?
