[¶ B] As soon as Chef Paul Liverpool, professor at the ICC Culinary Academy, heard of the Bombe Tarts from PruBerrys, something sounded very  familiar. Professor Liverpool taught students how to make baked Alaska, a cake with ice cream and topped with browned meringue. The recipe for  PruBerrys Bombe Tarts also reminded Mary Leith, chief baker at Trefzgers, of their shortbread thumbprint cookies. PruBerrys Chocolate Bombe Tart  was also very similar to Chef Garcon’s “Tarte bombée au chocolat.” [¶ C] Jealousy and rivalry came to the surface as all three chefs participated in the Great Holiday Bake Off held at the Paradice in East Peoria, a  fundraiser for the Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Fund. Each chef made their specialty for judging by a celebrity panel of judges. The rival chefs meet up in a tent set up outside the Paradice Hotel in a competition broadcast across the Midwest on Christmas Eve night. The highlight of the competition is the Showstopper Challenge where the chefs make their best dessert recipe which is judged by celebrity judges. Pru Berry prepared a “PruBerrys Blitzen’s Bombe Tart” made in the shape of one of Santa’s reindeer. Professor Liverpool prepared “Santa’s Baked Alaska,” a dessert in the shape of jolly Saint Nick. Chef Leith prepared a “Tanenbaum Thumbprint Cookie tree,” a cookie stacked in the shape of a small Christmas tree. Finally, Chef Garcon prepared his “Joy to Chocolat Bombee” dessert. [Note: these two paragraphs, ¶ B and ¶ C, are the basis for the next two questions as well, but will not be repeated in the questions.]   For a plaintiff or party to a lawsuit to have standing, what are the two requirements that must be established? 1.  [Group1] 2.  [Group2]
