I understаnd thаt tо be eligible tо remediаte a midterm оr final ALL of the following must be true: I scored below 70% on the midterm or final examination I wish to remediate. I am required to have all missing assignments/quizzes turned in before I will be allowed to remediate. This is true of even assignments/quizzes for which I will receive 0 points. I currently have a total score of less than 70% in the course. I attend a mandatory tutoring session prior to taking the remediated test. My instructor with designate the time of tutoring and remediation within 5 days of the original test. I cannot be absent or tardy to either of these two events. The consequences of absence or tardiness will be to forfeit the opportunity to remediate, at the discretion of my instructor. Each exam can only be remediated once, and the highest score earned will be retained. Each student is allowed a maximum of 3 remediation exams during the Vet Tech curriculum, starting in VT101/VT102 and ending in VT200B (VT203 is exempt).
