By submitting this test, I аcknоwledge I did nоt use аny resоurce not аpproved by the instructor, including but not limited to, fellow students, colleagues, or any other person. I also understand that use of these resources constitutes a breach of academic honesty and I will receive a failing grade in the course, be removed from the UCF College of Nursing graduate program, and be referred to the UCF Office of Student Conduct for further disciplinary action. I also acknowledge I destroyed any scrap paper I used during the exam and filmed this destruction for the exam proctor. If you used scrap paper during this exam, you acknowledge: 1) You MUST destroy the scrap paper with your exam proctor on video prior to submitting your exam; 2) If you do not destroy the scrap paper on video with the proctor prior to submitting your exam, your exam score will be immediately disqualified and you will receive a 0 grade on the exam and will fail the course; 3) There are ZERO exceptions to these rules.
