Eаch аssessment will begin with аn Hоnоrlоck room check. Completion of this is necessary; failure to abide by the following will result in a score of 0 on the assessment. ·        State your name clearly to verify that your sound is working and is to remain on the entirety of the assessment. ·        Show both sides of all loose leaf paper to be used in the exam. This is to verify that the pages are blank at the beginning of the assessment. ·        Show the entirety of your work area and testing environment to verify that there are no books, notes, electronics, etc. available to you during the assessment. If it could be remotely considered as a material to facilitate cheating, remove it from the area prior to the assessment. Presence of suspicious materials will result in a score of 0 on the assessment. ·        Show the monitor and keyboard of the computer that you are using. You may use a mirror or cell phone to show these areas if you are using a laptop computer.  ·        Show your cell phone and any smart watches to the camera and then show yourself placing them in an area outside of reach with the screens facedown.    Each assessment will end with you submitting your work via email while still in Honorlock. Deviation from this protocol will result in a score of 0 on the assessment. ·        State clearly that you are finished with the assessment. ·        Set your writing utensils aside. No changes will be permitted at this stage. ·        Stand up and retrieve your phone. ·        Scan your solutions in numerical order (labelled clearly) in normal orientation followed by any other work done. ·        Email the single pdf file to me immediately (pmflesher@fhsu.edu). ·        Show that the email was successfully sent. The timestamp on the email must be prior to the timestamp showing the completion of the assessment. ·        Close the assessment.
