Questiоn 1 – 7 Pоints CleаrView Mediа wаs hired by Olivia tо design a new website for her consulting business for a total price of $12,000. In developing Olivia’s website, ClearView purchased images from a well-known photographer to use on Olivia’s website for a price of $2,500.   ClearView did not include those costs in its original contract with Olivia.  Furthermore, the project turned out to be more extensive than ClearView had planned because of repeated requests for changes from Olivia.  After the site launched, Olivia complained that several promised features were missing and that the site did not function properly on mobile devices. ClearView insisted that it had fully performed and demanded full payment for the contract price plus additional costs for the photos and the additional work.  ClearView sent Olivia an invoice for $16,000. Olivia was livid when she received the invoice.  She immediately texted and emailed ClearView claiming that the value of the work was far less than agreed. After several heated emails, Olivia mailed ClearView payment for $7,000 with a note stating: “This payment is made in full satisfaction of any amount I may owe you. I will not pay more.” ClearView deposited the check. Four months later, ClearView sued Olivia for the remaining $9,000.  Olivia responded by claiming that ClearView was prohibited from suing for the full amount of the debt.     Required: 7 Points  Who is likely to prevail?
