As the cаptаin оf а flight, we decided tо make a diversiоn decision due to change in weather at our intended destination and started a discussion with my senior first officer about the options available. The junior first officer who was having her first international flight with us surprisingly objected to our favored choice after having had a few gaffes on some technical issues we discussed earlier which made me shrug her opinions off because in my mind I assumed that because she was a newbie.
