Yоu shоuld type yоur midterm essаy directly into the textbox below. Becаuse of this limitаtion, your ability to follow MLA guidelines will be greatly hampered. MLA formatting will not be counted off on the rubric; however, you should do your best to emulate MLA: The first four lines of your essay should be your name, my name, the course name, and the date.  Do NOT worry about a header (top right hand corner with your last name and page number). Do be sure you include your Work Cited page at the end of your essay.  Just enter down a few lines after your conclusion and center the words Work Cited.  You may use only use HARD COPIES of your notes, outline, and a copy of the article while writing your essay. You may not use a prewritten essay. If Honorlock detects or shows a prewritten essay, your grade will be a zero. This essay should be a rhetorical analysis of Steve Almond's article "In Defense of Male Clutter."
