Her exhaled tidal volumes are generally between 300 and 360 mL. At the 0800 ventilator check, her EAdi peak is consistently 25 uv (microvolts) and her respiratory rate is 25 br/min. EAdi min is 2.5 uv. What is the problem and what ventilator setting should be adjusted to address it?
