(1 pt) NOTE:  YOU MUST USE A DIFFERENT MODLAITY FOR EACH CASE STUDY. Case Study #4: A 22-year-old soccer goalie is 3 months post-operative bone graft for avascular necrosis of the left scaphoid.  They physician's diagnosis is a hypomobile radial carpal joint in all motions owing to prolonged cast immobilization.  The physician has referred the athlete to you to provide treatment.
