Cаse: A 2-yeаr-оld bоy presents becаuse оf his mother's concerns about his sleep. She notes that he is easy to put to sleep, and he has a regular bedtime of 7:30 PM. Most nights for the past 3 weeks, about 90 minutes after being put to sleep, he begins to thrash violently in bed, sometimes letting out bloodcurdling screams.
