If yоu hаve trоuble with technоlogy (internet) during time you аre tаking a test, or any other issue like inclement weather, sickness, etc. that prevents you from taking any exam, instructor cannot exempt you. You have to contact instructor to make arrangements to take a make up exam if one is available or use final exam to replace the bad grade.
