Rather, we have a strong movement to turn back the clock on workers' safety protections, delaying action on updating OSHA regulations and creating uncertainty for workers and businesses alike. We must break the logjam so Congress can work with all stakeholders — from workers to our nation's employers — to protect America's workforce and give OSHA the updates it so desperately needs. par. 1Attitude drives outcomes, and OSHA needs to change the adversarial way in which it conducts oversight and enforcement.
