1.       It is 5 mоnths lаter аnd Angelа presents fоr fоllow-up.  Her mother reports she uses her quick relief inhaler multiple times throughout the day.  She wakes up 3 times per week to use her inhaler during the night.  How does the RCP respond?  Your answer should include:  is Angela is well controlled?  Do we need to change her therapy or not--and what are we changing it to? Are there any questions the RCP should ask?  Her original scenario was this:  a 7 y/o African-American female is brought into the emergency department complaining of shortness of breath.  While interviewing the patient, the mother informs the RCP her daughter has been awakened approximately two times per week due to her asthma symptoms.  Upon further questioning she mentions the school nurse called yesterday because Angela has been in her office for her quick relief medication everyday in the past week.  Her last FEV1/FVC ratio was 72%.
